  1. Take a large zucchini and cut it into round portion slices.
  2. Cut the core from the seeds.
  3. Soak the zucchini in cold salted water for 20 minutes.
  4. Fry the onion and carrot in a frying pan until golden brown.
  5. Add fried vegetables and boiled rice to the minced meat. Add salt, pepper and mix well.
  6. We spread our squash “nest” on a greased baking sheet. I made the bottom out of smaller diameter circles.
