Summer Berry Liqueur Recipe
If you like to chat with friends by inviting them to visit, prepare this ladies’ liqueur for them. I assure you, my friends will be happy and, of course, will ask for the recipe. PS: Cognac is well stored at home until the next berry season!

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Rinse two glasses of berries under cold boiled water. Berries can be any to your taste – strawberries, apricots, currants, raspberries, cherries, cranberries, dogwood. I have a berry assortment of raspberries, red and black currants.
  2. Rinse the cherry leaves in boiled cold water.
  3. Put the cherry leaves and assorted berries in a saucepan.
  4. Add cane sugar.
  5. Pour in the water. Put the pan on the fire. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and cook for 15 minutes. Then remove from the heat and cool completely.
  6. Strain the cooled berry syrup through two layers of gauze, trying not to mash the berry.
  7. Add citric acid to the berry syrup.
  8. Pour in the vodka. Mix well. And bottle it. After a day, you can already try it. I recommend to cool the liquid well before using it.
