Sushi-Sandwich with Turkey Recipe

  1. Still need to cook rice. To do this, wash it well and pour water in a ratio of 1 to 1.5. When it boils, reduce the heat to a minimum and cook for 15 minutes with the lid closed. Turn off the heat and let stand for 10 minutes. Dilute in 2 tablespoons of Apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon of sugar and add to the rice. Stir. Cut the Turkey fillet into thin steaks and lightly chop it off. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Drizzle with fish sauce and sprinkle with dry ginger. Leave to soak for 30-40 minutes.
  3. Fry in a frying pan until cooked in vegetable oil. Try not to get too dry.
  4. Cut fresh cucumber and sweet pepper into thin strips. Rinse the spinach with water and dry it.
  5. Cover the work surface with cling film. Put a rhombus leaf of nori on it. Put the rice in the middle of the squares. On top of the rice, to grease with mayonnaise.
  6. Put the roasted Turkey.
  7. Add spinach.
  8. Add the sliced cucumber and pepper.
  9. Brush with mayonnaise and put the rice again. Try to keep a rectangular shape. Now wrap the sushi sandwich in an envelope.
  10. Bend the edges of the nori to the middle and press down so that the edges stick together.
  11. Wrap a sushi sandwich with Turkey in plastic wrap, trying to give the shape of a rectangle, gently press down on top so that all the layers are connected. Allow to lie down for 10-15 minutes.
  12. When serving, cut the sushi sandwich diagonally. Don’t forget the soy sauce.
