(4-6 slices of salted smoked red fish (salmon, trout))

Onion

Butter
Salt

Instructions
Heat the butter in a frying pan, chop the onion finely.
Fry the onion over high heat until golden brown, 3-4 minutes.
Beat the eggs with milk (I add a drop of salt, we must not forget about the degree of salinity of caviar and fish), reduce the heat in the pan.
Pour the egg mixture to the onion in a frying pan and heat, stirring frequently, until soft.
Cool the eggs to room temperature.
Cut the fish into long strips.
Place the omelet on a plate.
Put the fish on it.
Spread with eggs and serve.
Ready!
