  1. Wash the Peking cabbage and cut it into thin strips. Peel the carrots and grate them on a coarse grater. Put the cabbage and carrots in a bowl, add a little salt and mash with your hands.
  2. Peel the apple and pear and cut into strips. Peel the kiwi, cut into small cubes.
  3. To prepare the sauce: add lemon juice, salt and pepper to the vegetable oil, mix.
  4. Serve the salad with any side dishes, meat and fish dishes.
