In a well-heated pan pour oil and put the onion, cut into half rings.
Add mushrooms (pre-defrost is not necessary) and fry on high heat until the liquid evaporates.
Add soy sauce, if necessary, add salt. Cabbage (white part) to chop and add to mushrooms. Put the sesame. Fry over high heat for 3-5 minutes.
When serving sprinkle with finely chopped dill and add the ground hot red pepper to taste.
