Grate the garlic and ginger on a fine grater. In a separate container, mix salt, sugar, garlic, ginger, paprika, chili pepper. With this amount of pepper, the salad turns out to be moderately spicy, add the amount of chili to taste.
Add water and mix everything well, you get a dressing for cabbage.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl-cabbage, carrots, onions and dressing, mix gently. Pour vegetable oil over the salad and add apple cider vinegar.
Let the salad stand for 30-60 minutes before use.
The next day, the cabbage will become even tastier, as it will be soaked in all the spices and flavors.
