Chicken thighs and shins are so versatile that they are ideal for a New Year’s holiday. I suggest baking chicken thighs with a mustard crust. it turns out very tasty!
To make a crispy mustard crust, I will need a piquantly sweet mustard.
I thoroughly wash the chicken thighs and wipe them dry with paper napkins.
In a bowl, mix mustard, softened butter, oregano, ground black pepper. Add garlic, grated on a fine grater. Add salt to taste. I got it all mixed up.
Chicken thighs are liberally lubricated with mustard mixture from all sides.
Then I roll each thigh in breadcrumbs on the side on which the skin is located. the lower part is not planned. I dip it very carefully so that a thick layer of breadcrumbs turns out on the surface.
I put my hips in a fireproof mold. put in a preheated 190 degree oven for 45 minutes. The last 10 minutes I bake in the upper grill mode.
