To make a crispy mustard crust, I will need a piquantly sweet mustard.
I wash the chicken thighs thoroughly and wipe them dry with paper napkins.

then i dip each thigh in breadcrumbs with the side on which the skin is. the lower part is not planned. i dip it very carefully so that a thick layer of breadcrumbs is obtained on the surface.
i put my thighs in a fireproof mold. put in a preheated 190 degree oven for 45 minutes. The last 10 minutes I bake on the top grill mode.
