Instructions
Here are the ingredients that are needed to make this tea.
So, rub the cloves and cardamom seeds in a mortar.
Peel the ginger root and cut into slices.
Remove the zest from the lemon (we won’t need it, as it will add bitterness), cut the pulp.
Pour green tea into the teapot, add ground cloves and cardamom, nutmeg, ginger and lemon.
Pour boiling water and insist for about 15 minutes. The finished drink is poured into glasses, bowls or cups and honey is added to taste. Serve hot.
