  1. I must say that I baked this bread all the time in a bread maker, and only recently started baking in the oven. So feel free to knead the dough and bake it in a bread maker. So, add yeast to the warm milk and let it stand for 5-10 minutes so that they dissolve.
  2. Then add sugar, salt and pour in the flour parts. Then add the softened butter and knead the dough thoroughly. The dough should be soft and tender, do not stick to your hands.
  3. Wrap the dough in a towel and leave to rise for about 1 hour. The dough should increase by 1.5-2 times.
  4. The dough that has come up is kneaded a little and left to “rest”. Then roll out the dough a little, roll it into a tight roll and pinch the edges. We put the workpiece in a mold pre-greased with butter or margarine. Leave the bread to come up for 30 minutes-1 hour.
  5. Bake the bread in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40-60 minutes. Here you should focus on your oven. The finished bread is cooled on the grill, cut completely cooled.
