Easy in all respects toast bread, pleased with its airy crumb and taste! Good for fasting. The main thing is that the bread is without preservatives, and is stored 3-4 days in the bread box, and wrapped in plastic wrap-almost a month in the refrigerator. I wrote it just in case, because we ate it in one sitting with Meat bread for toast!
Prepare all the ingredients in advance.
You may think that there is a lot of sugar, but as the chef advises, it is simply necessary for a beautiful crust and a beautiful crumb color when baking toast in a toaster.
Put all the ingredients in the water except the flour and stir well.
Add flour and knead the dough. It should not be steep and should stick to your hands.
I prepared a form 18X10X7 in advance, which I greased with oil, and covered the bottom with baking paper.
Put the dough in the form and sprinkle with oatmeal on top (not necessarily, but I really like it).
