Instructions
Chop the carrots and onions very finely.
Finely chop the bell pepper and tomato.
Fry the onion and carrot in vegetable oil, add bell pepper and tomato, simmer for 10 minutes, adding water.
Chop the garlic and herbs, add to the sauce and simmer for another 3 minutes.
At the end, add the ketchup, bring the sauce to readiness.
