We have a new favorite — tomato soup in a pressure cooker! Easy and fast, without potatoes, a hearty lunch with an unusual taste. If there is no pressure cooker, you can cook it in a regular saucepan, but it will take longer to cook. Caloric content-only 53 kcal/100g!
1. Chop the tomatoes on a grater or in a combine
2. Chop and fry the onion
3. Combine broth, tomato, fried onion, vermicelli, salt, spices to taste, bay leaf in a pressure cooker
4. After 20 minutes, the soup is ready in the pressure cooker, I recommend leaving it to brew for 10-15 minutes without opening the autoclave
5. Sprinkle the finished portion with fresh, finely chopped herbs
