  1. First prepare the sauce. To do this, mix sour cream, soy sauce and ketchup.
  2. Fish (I have cod) sprinkle with cumin and salt and lightly fry in a frying pan.
  3. Then let cool and cut into small pieces.
  4. Put the fish on half of the tortilla, chopped lettuce leaves on top, tomatoes cut in half, pour the sauce over.
  5. Close the second half and serve immediately. Enjoy your meal!!!
