Mix flour, salt, sugar and baking powder, add olive oil. Gradually add water. Knead the soft, not sticky dough.
Cover with a towel and leave the dough for 15-20 minutes.
The finished dough is rolled into a thin layer. Cut the cakes in the shape of Christmas trees. You can just roll out thin cakes.
Fry each cake over medium heat in a dry pan for 40-60 seconds. on each side. Ready-made cakes to cover with a towel.
Finely chop the cilantro.
