  1. Prepare the products. According to the recipe, fresh chervil is still required, the herb is not so exotic for us at all, it is not even found on the market. I had only dill from fresh herbs, so I took dried herbs: basil, parsley and tarragon, which was available.
  2. Finely chop dill, tarragon, parsley, basil, chervil. Mix fresh chopped herbs with cream. I mixed dried herbs with cream in advance, 20 minutes in advance, so that she could infuse and reveal her aromas and taste preferences, and then added fresh dill to it.
  3. Add the yolks and horseradish to the creamy mixture, mix with a whisk.
  4. For flavor, you can rub a little lemon zest in the filling. In addition, you can season the creamy sauce with spicy mustard, curry, fresh cilantro or saffron.
  5. Wash the salmon fillet, blot it with a paper towel, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice.
  6. Grease the mold with butter and put the fish in it.
  7. Pour the resulting mixture over the fish.
  8. Preheat the oven to 200 *C. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
