In a bowl, mix the juice of one lemon, soy sauce, olive oil and sugar. Mix well to allow the sugar to dissolve.
Put the trout steaks in a bag and pour the marinade into it. Tie the bag, turn the bag several times so that the fish is soaked in the sauce. Leave for half an hour in the refrigerator, turning the package 1-2 times.
Next, put the steaks in a baking dish. Pour over the marinade.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Cook in the oven, preheated to 180 gr., 20-25 minutes.
