  1. In a bowl, mix the juice of one lemon, soy sauce, olive oil and sugar. Mix well so that the sugar dissolves.
  2. Put the trout steaks in a bag and pour the marinade over them. Tie the bag, turn the bag over several times so that the fish is soaked in the sauce. Leave for half an hour in the refrigerator, turning the package 1-2 times.
  3. Then put the steaks in a baking dish. Pour over the marinade.
  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Cook in the oven, preheated to 180 gr., 20-25 min.
  5. Ready-made fish can be served to the table.
