Wash the chicken and dry it. Separate the skin from the breast and pierce the meat several times with a toothpick.
Cut the zest from half the orange and lemon.
Using a combine and a grater attachment, I crushed the zest and then the garlic.
Add the crushed zest and garlic to the soy sauce.
Add the honey and wait until it dissolves.
Juice of half an orange combine with starch. Then connect the two masses.
Brush the chicken with marinade, paying special attention to the meat of the breast under the skin.
Leave to marinate for at least 2 hours.
Put the carcass in a heat-resistant form, tie the legs, wrap the tips of the wings with foil, so as not to burn. Bake the chicken in a preheated 180 degree oven, covered with foil for the first 40 minutes of baking. Then remove the foil and cook until browned for about another 20 minutes.
