Tuna and Celery Crispbread Recipe
Tuna and juicy crispy celery, lightly savory onion on a piece of crusty bread. A wonderful snack for dieters, for a picnic and even for a festive table. It is prepared very quickly, and eaten even faster.

Instructions
Cut the celery stalks finely.
Half of the red onion is also finely chopped.
Put the onion and celery in a bowl, add salt, sugar and wine (or apple) vinegar. Stir and leave to marinate for 5 minutes.
Put the tuna slices in a bowl and mash with a fork.
Wash the onion and celery a little with water and add to the tuna, season with mayonnaise, pepper and salt to taste.
Put the mass on the loaves, decorate with finely chopped green onions and sprinkle with a freshly ground pepper mixture.
For the base, I chose the bread “Generous”Borodinsky”. In my opinion, they go well with fish. Bon Appetit!!!
