Prepare the vegetables.
Diced potatoes and zucchini, pepper straws.
Heat the oil and fry the potatoes until Golden.
Add pepper, garlic and green onions to the potatoes.
Fry together for about 6 minutes.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Then add the zucchini and fry for about 6 minutes more.
Drain the liquid from the canned corn and tuna. Mash the tuna with a fork.
Add to the vegetables.
Sprinkle with chopped dill.
Cook everything together for another 5 minutes.
