Fish fillet cut into portions, pour lemon juice, a little salt.

Pepper remove seeds, cut into strips. Peel the carrots and cut into slices. Onion cut into feathers. Garlic to clear, cut into circles. Peel zucchini and cut into slices.
2 tablespoons vegetable oil pour into the pan, add the chopped garlic, pepper, carrots, zucchini and onions. Fry for about 10 minutes, stirring.

Lay out two halves of tomato. Decorate with herbs.
