Instructions
  1. I will use ready-made Turkey medallions. Smooth without films just great medallions for toast. I’ll marinate them literally for 10-15 minutes. The Turkey is fresh and does not need to be kept in the marinade for a long time. Let it stand on the table under the lid. I put the medallions on the grill and put them in the oven under the grill at T-200 C for 15 minutes. At the end of cooking, put 2 pieces of wheat loaf on the same grill to dry for just a couple of minutes. I took everything I could use for making toast. You can take any of your favorite products. I will use pickled pepper (appetizer), radish and parsley. The bread needs to be smeared with mustard, I’ll smear it with Dijon, which can be replaced with any canteen. Bulgarian pepper snack will perfectly complement the toast. If anyone is interested in the recipe for how I make this pepper, I will give you a link below. Cut the radish thinly, chop the parsley finely.
  2. Making toast. Spread the grilled medallion on the dried mustard-smeared bread. Top with pickled pepper, radish and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Done.
  3. Great appetizer, snack…
