Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and put the minced meat there.
Chop the onion and put it in a frying pan with minced meat, add salt and fry it all for 15 minutes.
We unfold the dough layers, take 3 sheets at once and lay out part of the filling and roll it into a roll, then cut into 3 parts (more or less) and so with the whole filling, it took me 6 sheets for the whole filling, it turned out 6 puffs.
Put the butter and garlic, cut into several pieces, in a frying pan and spread the puffs, fry on both sides until golden brown.
In a bowl, mix the sauce and water.
When the puffs are fried, pour in the sauce and simmer with the lid open for literally 5 minutes so that the sauce boils a little.
Sprinkle the finished puffs with herbs and serve to the table. Due to the fact that the lid was not covered and was not stewed for a long time, the top of the puffs will turn out crispy and very tasty.
