  1. Finely chop the onion, mix together with the minced meat.
  2. Prepare vegetables: cut eggplant, tomatoes, pepper into pieces.
  3. Grease the baking dish with oil. From minced meat to form balls. We put it in a mold, alternating with eggplant, tomatoes and pepper.
  4. Pour 150 ml of water, add salt and pepper (to taste), add cumin seasoning. Place the dish in a preheated 180 degree oven.
