  1. Chop the cabbage into strips and knead it with your hands. Grate carrots and bell peppers on a grater “large scales”, combine with cabbage. Pour the lemon juice, season with salt, sugar and mix.
  2. Cut the zucchini into thin strips and add to the vegetables.
  3. Marinated ginger slightly squeeze from the marinade, cut into strips, chop the greens, mix with the rest of the vegetables.
