  1. To prepare a salad, you will need: – Peking cabbage – Fresh cucumber – Tomatoes – Bell pepper (yellow or orange for contrast) – Green onion – Olive oil – Soy sauce – Freshly ground pepper
  2. Finely chop the cabbage.
  3. Cucumbers cut into medium cubes.
  4. Just chop the bell pepper.
  5. Cut tomatoes into cubes.
  6. Cut green onions into oblique feathers.
