Vegetable Salad with Chicken and Mozzarella Recipe

  1. Cut the chicken fillet into slices, sprinkle with Provencal herbs. Fry in a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil, on both sides.
  2. Transfer to a paper towel. Sprinkle with chopped garlic.
  3. Cut the tomato into slices.
  4. Cucumbers cut into slices.
  5. Bulgarian pepper-in strips.
  6. Cut the chicken pieces into strips.
  7. Lettuce leaves-in strips.
  8. Place the vegetables on a platter, top with the chicken pieces, chopped lettuce and mozzarella.
  9. Sprinkle with salt, freshly ground pepper, and Provencal herbs. Drizzle with olive oil.
