Instructions
Soak chickpeas overnight. Then boil according to the instructions on the package, drain the water, and cool the chickpeas.
Tear the lettuce leaves with your hands, chop the greens, and cut the radishes into thin rings.
Tomatoes and cucumbers cut into large chunks.
Add chickpeas. Season the salad with olive oil mixed with lemon juice, season with coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper. Stir.
Simple but delicious salad.
