  1. Put diced potatoes in the broth, boil after boiling over low heat until tender.
  2. Rinse the squid under running water. So, it is necessary to clean the inside of the chitin plate, which is something like hard plastic spaghetti, but flat.   3. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots, and cut the pepper into strips. Put everything in turn in a frying pan with preheated oil and fry.
  4. Add sliced tomatoes without skin to the vegetables. Simmer, stirring, for a couple of minutes.
  5. We put all this stuffing in a frying pan, to the finished potatoes.
  6. Cut the squid into thin strips and add to the pan.
  7. Pour in soy sauce, add tarragon, freshly ground pepper, mix. Try to add salt.
  8. Add the chopped herbs, stir, bring to a boil and cook for one minute. Cover with a lid and leave for 5-10 minutes.
  9. Pour the finished product on plates, sprinkle with more fresh herbs and serve with croutons seasoned with sour cream.
