  1. Products that we will need.
  2. Fry onions with carrots in oil, if you use raw zucchini, then they are also slightly stewed with carrots and onions.
  3. Peel the tomato and pepper, chop coarsely, put in a saucepan.
  4. Add the fried onions and carrots, chopped zucchini to the saucepan.
  5. Add tomato juice to the saucepan, cook for 15-20 minutes, cool slightly.
  6. While the soup cools down, let’s make bread – fry your favorite bread in the usual way – I do it on the grill, with vegetable oil and garlic.
  7. Turn the slightly boiled vegetables into mashed potatoes, beat with a blender.
  8. Return the puree to the pan, add a pinch of salt (the soup should be unsalted)!, pepper to taste, since I have tomatoes in their own juice, balanced in sugar and salt, then I do not need additional spices. Cook for 10-15 minutes.
  9. Add cream or sour cream and soy sauce to each bowl.
