While the soup cools down, let’s make bread – fry your favorite bread in the usual way – I do it on the grill, with vegetable oil and garlic.
Turn the slightly boiled vegetables into mashed potatoes, beat with a blender.
Return the puree to the pan, add a pinch of salt (the soup should be unsalted)!, pepper to taste, since I have tomatoes in their own juice, balanced in sugar and salt, then I do not need additional spices. Cook for 10-15 minutes.
