Vinaigrette with White Beans and Herring Recipe
Vegetables are a storehouse of all vitamins, plus beans are protein and, of course, herring, which sets off the sweetness of beets, beans and apples well. For fasting, this is a very good snack option or as an independent dish for breakfast and dinner.

  1. Soak the beans, cook as indicated on the package.
  2. Cook or bake beets, potatoes and carrots in the oven.
  3. Dressing: mix mustard, a little ground pepper, salt, wine vinegar and olive oil.
  4. Cut the herring fillet into thin strips.
  5. Cut the vegetables, apple, cucumber and onion into small cubes.
  6. Add the boiled beans, herring fillets, pour the dressing over the vinaigrette and mix.
  7. Ready!
