Instructions
Chop the cabbage, rub it with salt to let the juice flow.
Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, put them in a bowl.
Also grate the beets on a coarse grater, put them in a bowl.
Prepare the dressing: mix oil, apple cider vinegar or lemon juice, garlic passed through a press, pepper.
Season the salad, add salt to taste, mix. Leave it on for 15 minutes.
