  1. 1. Shred Chinese cabbage. 2. Three apples. 3. If the avocado is dense – also three. If soft, knead with a fork. 4. Prepare a dressing with salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil. 5. Gently mix everything. 6. Cut the salmon into squares (3 * 3 cm). 7. Decorate the salad with salmon (I mixed it, but for serving it is better to leave the salmon petals on top.
