Instructions
  1. For steaming raisins. Pour hot water over the raisins. After cooling, drain the water and dry the raisins on a paper towel.
  2. Pour the flakes with warm kefir, warmed to room temperature. Add sugar (you can taste it) and mix. Set the bowl aside for 15 minutes so that the flakes “swell”.
  3. Separate the egg white from the yolk. Set the yolk aside, and whisk the white with a pinch of salt and lemon juice until soft peaks.
  4. Add finely chopped candied fruits, raisins, vanilla and honey to the flakes and mix. Knead the dough.
  5. Add the whipped protein to the dough and mix gently to preserve the protein foam. Mix the protein with a silicone or wooden spatula from the bottom up. The dough has the consistency of pancakes.
  6. Open the lid of the slow cooker and install the waffle plate.
  7. Close the cover of the device and connect it to a power source. The red indicator lights up. When the device heats up, the green indicator lights up.
  8. Open the lid of the slow cooker and evenly distribute the dough on the bottom panel of the device. Close the lid.
  9. After 8 minutes, the waffles are ready! Using a silicone or wooden spatula, distribute the waffles and lay out a new portion of dough.
  10. Serve waffles with tea or coffee with jam or jam sponge cake. Have a nice tea party!
