Pour boiling water over the noodles for 3 minutes. Drain and fry in butter, stirring constantly, for about 2 minutes.
Cut the cheese, radish and sausage into strips. Finely chop the onion.
Mix the onion and radish, sprinkle with vinegar and lightly mash with your hands.
Finely chop the pork and fry it in a dry pan with sesame seeds. After a minute, add the soy sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
Put the meat on a plate, put the sausage, cheese and noodles on top.
Arrange vegetables around the composition, decorate with cherry tomatoes.
