In a hot frying pan, fry the beef in the remaining oil for 2-3 minutes. The fire is maximum, so that the meat juice does not have time to come out and the beef does not become hard.
Add the cherry tomatoes cut in half, stir and remove the pan from the heat.
We spread the meat with tomatoes in a heated dish. Top with arugula and parmesan chips, garnish with balsamic sauce. Immediately serve to the table!
