  1. We take salmon steaks (salmon, trout). I have a chum.
  2. Making a marinade. Remove the zest from the orange, squeeze out the juice, add soy sauce, sugar and sesame oil. Stir.
  3. Take half of the marinade and pour it over the steaks, set aside to marinate for 15 minutes.
  4. For convenience, we cover the form with foil and put the steaks, put them in the oven heated to 200 degrees and bake for 15 minutes. The main thing – do not over-dry!
  5. While the steaks are being baked, thinly chop the Peking cabbage and carrots. I was grating carrots.
  6. Add arugula to the cabbage and carrots, you can add any salad mix and herbs as desired.
  7. On a plate, spread a “pillow ” of vegetables.
  8. Meanwhile, the salmon is ready.
  9. Spread the baked salmon steak on a vegetable pillow, if desired, salt, pepper, pour the remaining orange marinade, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
