My family loves homemade burgers, so I often experiment with them. This time I wanted to cook a delicious, unusual sandwich, which will be enjoyed not only by the male half, but also please the girls. The highlight of this Burger is the sauce. It turns out very tasty and is ideal for "noble" cheese and juicy beef. It has a light sweetness and acidity. This sauce can also be used for a cheese plate and grilled meat.

Instructions
- Cheese brie cut into thin slices, onion half rings, wash and dry the lettuce leaves. For this Burger is also perfect arugula. I use onions because I want to get it sharp. For those who are not particularly fan of raw onions you can use white, softer onion. Cut the Burger bun into two halves, sprinkle with oil and fry in a dry pan or grill.
