An ordinary, homemade cake with canned fruit. Great for a tea party with the whole family. The dough is light, tender, moderately sweet with vanilla flavor. The pie turns out great.

  1. In a bowl in which the dough will fit, sift flour, baking powder, vanilla, salt, mix with a whisk. In another bowl, stir yeast, sugar, butter, egg in warm milk. Gradually add to the dry mixture.
  2. It turns out that such a dough. Cover with a towel (I covered with a transparent lid), leave for 30 minutes to rise.
  3. Knead the dough after 30 minutes. Whisk again with a silicone spatula and leave for another 30 minutes. At this stage, if you feel that there is not much flour, you can add a little more, do not clog with flour. The products differ in quality. Leave for another 30 minutes to rise.
  4. Drain the liquid from the fruit jar through a sieve.
  5. Pour flour on the cutting surface, lay out the dough, knead a little. Grease a baking sheet with butter (I have 35 = 24)
  6. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin according to its shape, so that the dough sticks a little to your hands (lubricate your hands with vegetable oil) 2-2/ 5 mm thick. Place on a baking sheet suspended from the edges of the dough with the help of molds, distribute the filling, wrap the edges with the filling up. Mix the egg yolk with milk, brush the cake. I’m not much of a designer, everything is on your imagination. Immediately put the pie in the oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes. Watch your technique. The pie will rise well in the oven.
