A good recipe for cheese cakes without yeast! Not always there is yeast at home, and not all "friends" with yeast dough, so this recipe is very relevant! Cheese cakes are delicious, lush and very fragrant. And most importantly-quickly and easily! Just for busy moms)))
For the dough, mix 100 grams of cottage cheese, 2 eggs and white (leave the yolk for the coating of cheese cakes), sugar, a pinch of salt, vegetable oil, vanillin, baking powder (or 1 incomplete teaspoon of baking soda).
All mix well (you can mixer) and add 300-400 grams of flour. It's about 2 - 2.5 cups.
It took me 2.5 glasses.
Knead the dough into a ball and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Mix the filling-cottage cheese, sugar (to taste), sour cream, vanilla.
You can add poppy or dried fruits, candied fruits. It all depends on your imagination and tastes)
Remove dough and divide into 12-14 balls.
From each ball to make a cake, or Cup the hands and make a hole, put about 1 tbsp filling.
Brush with remaining egg yolk.
Bake in a preheated 190-200 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.Cheesecakes well "grow" in the oven)
Remove from the pan, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar and invite everyone to the table!Believe me, cheese cakes are eaten very quickly!
