I suggest cooking a very tasty and tender cupcake with yogurt. I added dried cranberries to it, and you can also use raisins, nuts or pieces of fruit.

  1. Combine the sugar with the eggs and beat a little.
  2. Add the melted butter, natural yogurt ( I have homemade), salt, mix everything well.
  3. Add the sifted flour and baking powder, quickly knead the dough.
  4. Add the dried cranberries, mix.
  5. The form is 23 x 13 cm in size, lubricate with oil and sprinkle with flour, I also put parchment on the bottom. Put the dough into a mold and smooth it out.
  6. Bake the cake in the oven at t=180 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Remove from the mold and cool on the grill.
  7. Cut the cake into portions and serve with tea.
