  3. Melt both oils in a frying pan, add the crushed garlic, leave the husks on, and flavor the oil for a couple of minutes.
  4. Then add the carrots, fry until almost completely cooked over medium heat, stirring occasionally. My carrots were fried for 10 minutes. Can be closed with a lid. Next, caramelize the carrots using brown sugar. Stir the carrots with sugar, continue cooking for a few minutes. Be careful not to burn.
  5. Next, put the caramelized carrots in a heat-resistant dish.
  6. We distribute the reconciliation pieces of mozzarella and put in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for 7-10 minutes.
