  2. Wash the zucchini, cut each into about 3-4 pieces. Remove the middle of the zucchini. It should be in the shape of a barrel.
  3. Wash the buckwheat and pour boiling water for 10 minutes.
  4. Chop the onion and part of the zucchini pulp in a blender.
  5. Drain the water with buckwheat. Add finely chopped onion with zucchini, grits and salt to the minced meat. Mix thoroughly. The minced meat turns out watery.
  6. Put the zucchini in a steamer and spread a teaspoon of sour cream (or yogurt) on each piece. At this time I got 20% sour cream.
  7. I cooked in a regular steamer. Therefore, in advance you need to pour water into a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Spread the inside of the zucchini with sour cream and put a small pile of minced meat in it.
  8. Place the steamer nozzle in a pot of boiling water, close the lid and cook for 25-30 minutes.
