Ingredients

Vegetable oil
Instructions
Peel the zucchini, grate on a coarse grater, add salt. Leave on for 10 minutes, then squeeze well.
Add the chopped basil and garlic.
Rub the egg with a fork with feta.
Add the egg and feta to the zucchini. Add oat flakes here.
Add flour and mix well.
Spoon into a preheated frying pan with the addition of oil, forming thin pancakes, and fry until golden brown.
