After these manipulations, I got 360 gr of grated zucchini.
Add egg, flour, spices and sesame seeds to the pressed zucchini.
Mix the mass thoroughly.
Cut the cheese into small flat pieces.
Grease a preheated frying pan with oil, spoon out the mass, forming pancakes.
Put a piece of cheese in the middle and cover it with zucchini dough.
Fry on a low heat, when you turn to the other side-cover with a lid.
While the pancakes are frying, prepare the sauce.
Add garlic, salt, black pepper and paprika to the sour cream. Stir.
