  1. For the dough: Grate the zucchini together with the skin on a coarse grater. Add flour, baking powder, grated cheese, finely chopped dill. Mix everything. Then add the eggs, sugar, salt, butter and milk and mix again. Evaluate the consistency of pancakes. If the dough is runny, add a couple more spoons of flour and mix again.
