Сheese Sticks Recipe
The idea was born when I saw in the refrigerator Adygei cheese. For Some reason, except me no one eat, but I cannot cope, it was necessary to do something. I think somebody could use my idea. Crunchy alternative to chips.

Ingredients

Pita Bread

Chicken egg
200
gram
Cheese
Adygei
100
gram
Breadcrumbs
Red hot pepper
Salt
Instructions
Cut the cheese into pieces (Adygei cheese falls apart when slicing, so my pieces are not very attractive).
Pour the breadcrumbs on a plate.
Eggs lightly beat with a fork, add the red pepper, salt or perhaps any other spices of your choice.
Pita bread cut into small pieces. On one slice put Adygei cheese and roll into tube.
Each stick dip in beaten egg, then roll in breadcrumbs and fry in vegetable oil until crisp. Bon appetit!
