The idea was born when I saw Adyghe cheese in the refrigerator. For some reason, no one else eats, but I can’t cope, I had to do something. I think someone could use my idea. A crispy alternative to chips.

  1. Cut the cheese into pieces (Adyghe cheese falls apart when sliced, so my pieces are not very attractive).
  2. Pour the breadcrumbs on a plate.
  3. Beat the eggs lightly with a fork, add red pepper, salt or perhaps any other spices of your choice.
  4. Cut the pita bread into small pieces. Put the Adyghe cheese on one slice and roll it into a tube.
  5. Dip each stick in a beaten egg, then roll in breadcrumbs and fry in vegetable oil until crisp. Enjoy your meal!
